Fee


  1. PAYING TUITION FEE

According to Exchange Control Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, self-funded students must pay all the fees in RMB (the Chinese Currency). Freshmen should remit their tuition fees to the bank account of the university before they arrive for registration and they should provide remittance invoice photocopy. Other students must pay their tuition fees for the whole year within the time frame starting from the beginning of a new semester to September 25 (on the basis of the date when the university receives the money instead of when the money is remitted. It is advisable to remit money during the summer vocation so that the university can receive on time.).

Note: The tuition fee should be paid in accordance with the relevant articles of the Rules and Regulations for International Students of Tianjin Medical University.

  1. PAYING LODGING FEE

The students living in the international student building should pay their lodging fee for one year at the beginning of a new semester (at the price of ¥960 RMB/bed/month). Freshmen should pay for at least one year’s lodging fee within three days after registration. Other students must pay for the next semester within seven days before the previous payment runs out.

Note: The lodging fee should be paid in accordance with the relevant articles of the Rules and Regulations for International Students of Tianjin Medical University.

  1. WAYS OF PAYMENT

International Medical School implements humane management in the ways of payment. To facilitate making a payment, students can choose from a variety of ways provided by the university based on different conditions of their countries and homes.

(1) Union Pay Card (RMB Only) RECOMMENDED: Students should pay according to the fee structure. They can exchange foreign currency into RMB from Bank of China to pay various fees. Given the safeness and convenience of Union Pay Card, it is advisable for students to deposit money into a Union Pay Card first and then pay by this card at the Financial Office. Other fees must be paid in cash.

(2) Remittance: Tuition fee and/or lodging fee can also be remitted into the account of the university according to the guide to remittance provided by the university. Message including name, student number and passport number should be attached to the remittance, so that we can receive the money without delay or any unnecessary trouble. The sum of money remitted should be equivalent to a whole year tuition fee or lodging fee.

  1. REMITTANCE

Direct payment into Tianjin Medical University’s account (Please refer to Guide for Remittance), remitter should write down the student’s full name and nationality to facilitate us to confirm.
